Outside of work, Alek enjoys staying active and spending time outdoors. He is an avid sports fan, enjoys playing golf, and makes time for working out. He is also a car enthusiast and enjoys everything from the latest vehicles to the automotive world in general.

Tanner Beals

Tanner Beals is a Sales Representative with Alekco Insurance, serving clients throughout Iowa. Originally from Rhodes, Iowa, Tanner now lives in Baxter and brings a strong work ethic, discipline, and commitment to service to his role.
Before joining Alekco Insurance, Tanner proudly served four years in the United States Marine Corps. His military experience helped develop the dedication, accountability, and attention to detail that he brings to his work and relationships with clients today.
Tanner takes a straightforward, relationship focused approach to insurance and enjoys getting to know his clients and helping them find coverage that fits their needs.
Outside of work, Tanner enjoys fishing and watching sports. He values spending time outdoors, following his favorite teams, and staying connected with the people and communities around him.

Ryan Hohanshelt

Ryan Hohanshelt is a Sales Representative with Alekco Insurance, bringing 18 years of insurance experience and a strong commitment to helping clients find the right coverage for their individual needs. Originally from Boone, Iowa, Ryan now lives in Ankeny and serves clients throughout Iowa.
Ryan’s background in competitive athletics has shaped his approach to insurance and business. He played baseball at the University of Nebraska at Kearney and the University of Northern Iowa, where he graduated. His experience as an athlete instilled in him the importance of preparation, competition, teamwork, and building strong relationships.
With more than a decade of experience in the insurance industry, Ryan brings extensive knowledge and a relationship driven approach to every client he works with. He takes pride in being a trusted resource and helping clients navigate their insurance options with confidence.
Outside of work, Ryan enjoys watching sports and, most importantly, spending time with his three children. Whether he’s staying active, watching or participating in sports, or enjoying time with his family, Ryan brings the same competitive spirit and energy to life outside of the office.

A key part of Gage’s role is working closely with referral partners and building strong, lasting relationships within the community. He takes pride in being a reliable resource for his partners and the clients they refer, helping make the insurance process simple and straightforward.

Hunter is passionate about building connections with clients and members of the community. He is actively involved with area Young Professional groups, providing opportunities to connect with and support other young professionals throughout Central Iowa.
